General settings
General settings is the home base for how Clarify behaves on your server. Here you choose where each ticket lives for the customer, whether your team gets an internal forum thread, set your time and date formats, review your plan, and — carefully — reset or remove your server.
You find it under Settings → General in the dashboard. Every change saves immediately.
Ticket Delivery Mode
This determines where your customers read and answer their tickets. Clarify recommends the default.
- DM Tickets — Tickets live in the customer's DMs and mirror into your internal forum. With a container channel set, a second ticket (or closed DMs) overflows into a private thread.
- Thread Mode — Each ticket opens as a private thread inside a container channel on your server. Clean, modern and channel-light.
- Server Channels — Every ticket becomes a dedicated channel inside your support category. Classic behaviour for older setups.
#tickets channel with the right permissions the first time it needs one. Also switchable from Discord with /deliverymode.Local Selection
Dates and times the way your team reads them. Clarify uses these when it writes a timestamp into a thread name (%created_at%).
DD.MM.YYYY · DD/MM/YYYY · MM/DD/YYYY · YYYY-MM-DD. Default: DD.MM.YYYY.A Preview row shows the current time in the chosen format.

Plan
The plan card shows whether your server is on Free or Premium and what that includes, next to the available upgrades. Feature modules use feature tokens: 5 on Free, 10 on Premium.
Danger Zone
Irreversible and destructive actions. Proceed with care.

Two things live elsewhere:
- Support and blacklist roles are set during onboarding (manual setup, or created by a preset). Discord administrators always count as support.
- Who can access the dashboard follows your Discord permissions — see Roles and permissions.
Where to go next
Onboarding
The four-step wizard that sets up Clarify for a new Discord server — add the bot, choose a preset or manual setup, and connect your forums, category and support team.
Categories
Create and manage ticket categories — each with its own forum, questions, thread naming, messages, connector queries and auto-assignment.
