Integrations
Connect your Patreon campaign so a customer's membership shows up on their ticket automatically — from their linked Discord account or their member ID.

The Patreon integration tells your team who they are talking to. When a patron opens a ticket, Clarify looks up their membership on your campaign — usually from the Discord account they linked on Patreon, with nothing to type — and posts a membership card: status, tiers, current pledge, lifetime support, last charge. Your team can also look members up on demand with /patreon.

You connect with a Patreon sign-in; no API key to paste. Integrations cost no feature token.

Find it under Integrations → Patreon in the dashboard. Connecting requires administrator rights on the Discord server, and the Patreon account must own the campaign.

Connect your Patreon campaign

Sign in with Patreon — no API key to paste.

campaignId
connect
Your connected campaign. Connect with Patreon opens Patreon's authorisation window; approve it with the creator account and Clarify resolves that creator's campaign. The field then shows Patreon connected with the campaign name. Use Reconnect to authorise again; revoke Clarify any time in your Patreon settings.
accountLabel
text
An optional label shown in the dashboard's previews.

The connection is created the moment you approve in Patreon's window — the integration is active from then on. Clarify keeps the access tokens encrypted and renews them on its own; if renewal ever fails, lookups tell your team to reconnect.

When should memberships show up?

autoDetectByDiscordId
toggle
Auto-post the membership when a ticket opens, found from the opener's Discord account. Default: on. Needs the patron to have linked Discord on Patreon; if nothing matches, nothing is posted.
autoLookupOnCreate
toggle
Look up the member when a ticket collects a Patreon Member ID or Patreon Email through one of the ready-made inputs. Default: on. Turning this off disables every lookup at ticket creation, including the Discord auto-detect above; /patreon keeps working.

Using it in a ticket

  • On ticket creation, the membership card is posted with the opening message: for the opener's linked Discord account, and for any Patreon Member ID or Patreon Email the member entered (see Ticket inputs). A lookup that finds nobody is silent for auto-detect and leaves a short notice for an entered ID.
  • On demand, any support member runs /patreon with one of user: (a Discord member), member_id: or email:. The card is shown to you only.
