Getting started
A guided walk through the Clarify dashboard sidebar — home, tickets, statistics, the Exchange, settings, modules, integrations and connectors.

The Clarify dashboard lives at app.clarify.bot. It is where you set up ticketing, watch your queue, act on tickets, and connect everything to the outside world. This page walks the sidebar top to bottom so you always know where to look.

Almost every setting is per server. What you change here applies only to the server you have selected — not your other servers.

The server switcher

Clarify can manage more than one Discord server. The server switcher at the top of the sidebar sets which one you are looking at; switching keeps you on the same kind of page for the other server. Add new server starts onboarding for a server that is not set up yet.

First time in the dashboard? The Quickstart takes you from zero to your first ticket.

Walking the sidebar

Home

Your landing page: the selected server with its plan, status and headline numbers (members, tickets, average reply, resolved share), a Ticket activity sparkline for the last twelve days, the Customer satisfaction card with a link to every rating, Clarify's live service status, and announcements.

Tickets

Every ticket for this server in one list, newest first, 15 per page — searchable by thread name, category, username or ID, and filterable by status, category and assignee (unassigned, assigned to me, or a specific supporter). Select a ticket for its summary, rating and timeline; Open ticket shows the full transcript and the assignees. The Actions menu lets you Claim or Release a ticket, Escalate… it to another tier, Close… or Reopen… it with an optional staff-only reason, or Open in Discord. Read more in Tickets & delivery modes.

Statistics

The numbers behind your queue: tickets in the period, support messages, average first response and average rating; a tickets-over-time chart; a heatmap of your busiest hours; the agent leaderboard; and the rating distribution. Choose a range — 24 hours, 3 days, 12 days, a month or all time — and group by day, week or month. View all on the rating card opens the Ratings page with every rating and its ticket; a member's name anywhere opens their profile with their tickets and, for supporters, their contributions, assignments, response time and rating.

Exchange

The Exchange Hub is where servers share templates. Browse popular and new categories, blueprints, inputs and connectors, preview one, subscribe, and use it in your own configuration right away — or publish one of yours with Share a template. Installed templates show when an update is available.

Settings

Everything about how ticketing itself behaves lives under Settings.

AreaWhat it's forLink
GeneralTicket delivery mode, mirroring, container channel, timezone, date and time formats, plan, Danger Zone.General settings
PanelsThe creation panels — messages with a button per category — you post with /generate-creation.Panels
CategoriesYour ticket types — each with its own forum, inputs, connector queries, naming, messages and auto-assignment.Categories
White LabelRun Clarify under your own Discord bot, with your own name and avatar.White label
Your server always has at least one category and one creation panel; onboarding sets these up for you.

Modules

Modules are optional features you turn on when you want them. Each one costs a feature token while active, has a short setup wizard, and then shows the same settings inline with the relevant docs alongside.

Feedback

Ask customers to rate a ticket in Discord after it closes, with an optional comment.

Escalation

Move a ticket to another support tier — same ticket, new team.

Transcripts

Deliver the transcript link and a rating request on close, and log closed tickets to a channel.

Opening hours

Per-category schedules with a notice, a warning or a hard stop outside your hours.

Assignment

Claiming, staff assignment, auto-distribution per category and the markers that show who owns a ticket.

See the Modules overview for how module setup works across the board.

Integrations

Integrations connect Clarify to services you already use — payments, code and your own systems. They cost no feature token.

Webhook

Send signed ticket events to your own HTTPS endpoint.

Stripe

Look up payments, customers and subscriptions; send invoices and checkout links from a ticket.

PayPal

Create PayPal payment links from a ticket.

Tebex

Look up Tebex payments and subscriptions, refund, and create checkouts.

Patreon

Show a member's Patreon membership, matched to their Discord.

GitHub

Open GitHub issues straight from a ticket.

See the Integrations overview to compare them and pick where to start.

Connectors

Connectors let you pull information from your own shop, CRM or any API and show it on the ticket — no code required. You build them with a click-to-map editor and wire them to categories as connector queries. Learn more in the Data connectors overview or jump straight to building a connector.

Server status

At the very bottom of the sidebar, Server Status links out to Clarify's live status page. Check it first if something looks like it isn't responding.
